ABOUT US

Opened in 2019 by chef Josselin Flocon (29 years old), the Flocon restaurant offers a menu combining traditional bistro and plant-based cuisine.

 

The cuisine is made up of seasonal products, local producers and responsible fishing.

The wine list is made up of wines from sustainable agriculture with a proportion of natural wines.
