ABOUT US

Opened in 2019 by chef Josselin Flocon (24), Flocon restaurant offers a cuisine combining traditional bistro and fresh French cuisine

Dish are composed of seasonal products sourced from local producers and responsible fishing 

The wine list is composed of wines from sustainable agriculture with a majority of natural wines.

Menu for the week of May 22, 2023

Continuation of the partnership with the Maison de Champagne RSRV with a salad of beets, pomelo, walnuts and garlic condiment served with a rosé champagne Foujita 

Arrival of one of our favorite dishes: Free-range chicken fillet, braised pak choi, smashed Jerusalem artichokes, peanut condiment,
watercress and juice

Note the return of the lunch menu on Fridays and Saturdays with a starter, main course, dessert at €30
