Opened in 2019 by chef Josselin Flocon (27 years old), the Flocon restaurant offers a menu combining traditional bistro and plant-based cuisine.
The cuisine is made up of seasonal products, local producers and responsible fishing.
The wine list is made up of wines from sustainable agriculture with a proportion of natural wines.

We are pleased to present our November menu, featuring refined and seasonal dishes. Discover delicate starters such as celery skewers marinated in dill, and savor our dishes such as Breton pollock or farm-raised duck breast.
For a gourmet moment, don't forget our lunch menu at €30 available on Fridays and Saturdays.
